Client Service Representatives are often the first point of contact when a patient enters a Veterinary Clinic, and they are typically the last person the client and patient interact with on the way out. Edward Wakem, DVM and Peggy Perry, LVT from CEVA will discuss “best practice” behaviors and tips to implement from the first interaction to the last in order to improve the entire client and patient experience. We will explore how to manage high anxiety situations and diffuse fear induced stress.
